Palawan,  Philippines

Location

Palawan is the westernmost area of Phillipines. It is located in the southwest of the capital.

In December 1993, the UNESCO declared the Tubataha Reefs National Park as World Heritage site as a unique example. The national park and the rest of the Phillipines is the part of Foral Triangle.

Palawan is much largest part of the province. It has large land as well as population. Moreover, it include other islands too. Some of them are Calamian Island, Cagayancillom, Kalayaan adn Balabac. One amazing thing about this area is that it has its own language. People how live here don't speak Filipino.

Cheapest way to move

Furthermore, the most reliable option of getting around is the local transport such as tricycle , daily boat trip, cars and rental vans are also available. 

Here you will able to see one of the best marine life. Do you know that you can also swim in this crystal clear water.

 Here you will find hundred of fishes at a time. To relax under tree you will see Coral garde. To get this place you need to travel bit on boat. In addition to this, there are several daily flights from the cities of Manila and Cebu. Phillipines Airlines is also available. Connecting to lloilo.

Festivals

In the start of March there is an annual festival in Phillipines but many more throughout the year. There is huge crowed on buss station and people reserve their tickets weekly earlier.

Weather

You can't judge the weather or Palawan becasue it change with time. Keep check on the weather if you want to view of Palawan. In bad weather the sea become very bumpy. The day tempersture id around 30°C  and 20°C at night.

What to Eat?

You will get delicious and fresh food all over Palawan. Due to the presence of sea near Palawan you will be able to eat all types of fresh seafoods. 

Though it is the ares of seafood but you will find many restaurants and resorts with westren food and fast food as well.

Palawan has high standard hotels which my be too expensive for tourists. Most probably the rates start from €30 and go up to very high.
